I didn't see a chapter on Investor Relations (IR). And since we tend to all grasp that's ALL concerning public relations in giant corporations I viewed that as a niche, hole or deficiency within the book. i do not think about it to be one thing that may simply be merged into the subject of "corporate blogging." this is often very true when the authors included Appendix A relating to SEC laws.

My favorite a part of the book was Appendix B where the authors embody a grid of URLs and short explanations for every. I found it to be a beautiful crib sheet or toolkit for an SMM skilled to use when building his or her selling and PR game plans. four stars!
