Not a foul book. i assumed it scan as good as. It's full length, has some sensible content, and is current as way as I may see when it involves the subject of social media selling (SMM). And it presents SMM from the slant of a competent up-to-date public relations skilled. If you're a public relations skilled and haven't nonetheless crawled out of the Dark Ages and become pc literate, then I highly suggest you provide this book a scan. except for the remainder folks who are following SMM (whether we have a tendency to are public relations specialists or not), then I did not very see a lot of new lined or included during this tome. As a result i'm planning to drop my star rating for it down a notch. The book is broken into the subsequent five elements and nineteen chapters:

I failed to see a chapter on Investor Relations (IR). And since we have a tendency to all understand that's ALL regarding public relations in giant corporations I viewed that as a niche, hole or deficiency within the book. i do not contemplate it to be one thing which will simply be merged into the subject of "corporate blogging." this can be very true when the authors included Appendix A concerning SEC rules.

My favorite a part of the book was Appendix B where the authors embrace a grid of URLs and short explanations for every. I found it to be a beautiful crib sheet or toolkit for an SMM skilled to use when building his or her selling and PR game plans. four stars!
